Welcome to Windows 7 Delta!

Windows 7 Delta is a modification of Windows 7 which aims to recreate the aesthetic from beta builds of the aforementioned operating system. Windows 7 Delta also bring back lost features, functions, and programs from previous versions of Windows, along with introducing some new ones.

The Themes

Windows 7 Delta's main visual style is based on the official Windows 7 Beta, though there are many more options for you. Out of the box, you get the Aero theme from Windows Vista, Windows 7 builds 6519 and 6801, Windows 7 RTM, and every released regional theme.

The Extras Pack comes with hundreds of new theme packs, all of which were downloadable from the Microsoft website back when Windows 7 was new.

Old and New Programs

Windows 7 Delta brings back a few legacy programs, such as the legacy version of Paint and the Vista Ultimate Extras games. Windows 7 Delta also comes bundled with Windows Live Essentials 2009, which includes programs such as Windows Live Movie Maker, Windows Live Mail, and Windows Live Messenger, which features built-in Escargot support.

More Consistency

Windows 7 Delta keeps its word. The "underwater" aesthetic from beta builds of Windows 7 can be seen throughout the system, and icons and bitmaps from previous versions of Windows have been replaced with new versions, which follow Windows Vista and 7's design guidelines.
